  1. Please, do not go here. Staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. We stayed here for one month, what a disaster! A leaking shower, the promised wireless internet didn't work, the cleaning service didn't show up, and the price is way too high for the small apartment and the low level of service. We tried to talk about our bad experiences and disappointment, but the owners wouldn't even listen. Thailand is famous of their hospitality, but over here they didn't do anything to compensate or make us feel better. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone.

    1. I am sorry to hear about your bad experience at Sivana. How woud you expect the staff to be nice when the owner himself does not care about their guests. I was thinking to stay there for 6 months since it is close to my workplace but after reading your comments, I guess I will not take a risk. Thank you very much for posting. Hope the management of that property will try to improve their level of service otherwise they will lose their business. – Myra
