The Leading Hotels of the World has unveiled its “Once in a Lifetime” experience at the Ritz London, its second such experience to date.
The three night stay lets guests explore Bond Street, Jermyn Street, Saville Row, Mount Street and Mayfair via one of the Ritz’s chauffeur driven Rolls Royce Phantoms. A day’s sightseeing is also included, comprising a private guide to The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, The Palace of Westminster and Kensington Palace
An individual menu consultation with the hotel’s Executive Chef and Head Sommelier is the prelude to a six-course tasting menu paired with wine. This meal is followed later in the stay by dinner at Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin starred ‘Fat Duck at Bray’ restaurant.
Guests will sleep in a Royal Suite with 24-hour butler service and receive tickets to a West End performance, VIP membership to The Ritz Club and Casino, a private visit to The Rolls Royce workshop and tea tasting at the 300-year old Fortnum and Mason store.
Optional extras extend to a Berry Bros and Rudd private tasting, VIP tickets to a Premier League Football Match, a round of golf at Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey, a private audience with a British Designer and VIP access to some of London’s nightclubs such as Mahiki and Chinawhite.
“The response to our “Once in a Lifetime” series which launched with the Coco Chanel Suite at the Ritz Paris, has been better than we could have expected,” said Mr Philip Ho, Vice President Asia Pacific for The Leading Hotels of the World.
“Based on this, we are continuing to create unique, one off travel itineraries that will be revealed each month aimed as discerning travellers looking for more than the standard 5-star luxury.”
