Chef Darren Wiper and Chef Jean Noel Lumineau have put their passion and their love of cooking into Oasis On the Sea’s new menu for the high season 2009/2010 with their innovation, daring and creativity at the heart of their culinary creations. Now the prices are set to be lower for Summer Season. Starters are reduced to 160 baht, and delicious main dishes start at 280 baht (excluding tax and service charge).
Oasis On The Sea presents a sumptuous selection of Mediterranean dishes and their award winning wine cellar. Summer Starters include Mushroom soup; Sliced buffalo mozzarella; Tuna tartar; Chicken, bacon & goat cheese tart; Pressed ham hock & guinea fowl terrine and Sandwiches.
