Lady Anita Lunch Time Cruise

The Lady AnitaIf you are here on holiday with your family or your partner and want to get away for an  afternoon of total relaxation, together with great food, company and music, phuketindex.com would like to recommend a lunch time cruise on The Lady Anita, Serenity Resort & Residencies’s very own private yacht.

I was lucky enough to have been invited by Gee of Serenity Terrace to attend the lunch time cruise on Sunday 10th April and can assure you it was a fantastic day out that is great fun for people of all ages.

We set off from the waters of Rawai at 1PM and cruised for around and hour, with chilled out ambient music playing all the way, passing many island such as Coral Island (Kho Hay), Kho Kaea and Kho Bon along the way. Seeing Phuket Island from the Lady Anita really makes you realise how stunningly beautiful the island really is.

The Lady AnitaThe Lady AnitaWe moored the boat at the scenic Yanui Beach where it was time, for those who wanted, to dive in and enjoy swimming in the warm blue water, whilst the chef prepared the BBQ lunch. I must say this is great for guests who have children as if parents do not want to swim, the team of the boat certainly know how to take care of the kids and the parents can sit back and relax with a wine or a beer, which are available throughout the whole cruise, knowing that their kids are in safe hands. There is equipment on board for those wanting to snorkel and life jackets for those who do not fee so safe in the water.

The Lady AnitaThe lunch prepared by the team was amazing considering the small space they had to work. We all settled down to barbequed kebabs, potatoes in their jackets, chicken satay, corn on the cob, a great variety of salads, rice and noodles, and salad dressings which accounted for every taste.

We stayed moored for nearly 4 hours, in which time the kids enjoyed more time in the water and the adults sat back and got to know one another.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Gee for the invitation and also thank the team onboard for making the whole day an enjoyable one.
