Chef Mirko Cappa, the Executive Chef of Angsana Laguna Phuket with 20-years of culinary experience, showcases his new menu at Bodega & Grill, the Mediterranean and Italian steakhouse welcoming the upcoming festive season.

Bodega & Grill has impressed its guests with an elaborate talk-of-the-town steak menu, fresh seafood and charismatic service. Chef Mirko, who is known as a chef with a passion for artistic and creative expression through exquisite food presentation and cuisine, has created an array of new scrumptious items. Bodega & Grill’s new menu boasts a large number of new additions for guests’ dining pleasure, ranging from cold and hot appetizers, fresh salads, homemade pasta and risotto, many other grilled butcher specialities, and mouth-watering desserts.The menu ensures that guests have various options to enjoy lunch and dinner.

Guests can begin their feast with the 18 Month aged Burrata Cheese wrapped in San Daniele Ham and served with Caponata of Kalamata Olives and Cherry Tomatoes. Followed by a healthy and delicious dish of Spring Salad served with Goat Cheese stuffed Bell Peppers, Organic Greens, white Asparagus, Fava Beans, fried Red Mullet and Beetroot-Truffle Dressing is not to be missed. Delicious main courses such as Roasted Pork Belly stuffed with Portobello Mushrooms, Spinach and stewed Borlotti Beans or Double stewed Beef Cheek on Cheese Polenta and Gremolada are among Chef Mirko’s recommended dishes. To end the dining experience on a sweet note, Bodega’s Style Blueberry Soufflé with Bourbon-Caramel Sauce or Seasonal Fruit Chiffon Cake with Butter Cream and Raspberry Coulis are a must try.

The food served can be described as hearty and delicious, with many choices to enjoy with friends and family. With some 350 labels of wine to choose from, guests are easily guided to the perfect pairing for their meal. Bodega & Grill is the perfect dining experience venue decorated with elegant interior of rich woods and polished floors. Guests can dine out on the open terrace whilst enjoying the refreshing evening breezes next to a whirlpool and tropical gardens.

Bodega & Grill is open seven days a week for lunch from 12pm – 5 pm and for dinner from 6pm – 11pm. The dress code is smart casual and reservations are recommended.
